    If you fast for a week by only drinking water you’ll be perfectly fine. I’ve done it plenty of times and the only thing that you’ll go through is some headaches and after 3-4 days you’ll feel better than you ever have

    This information is completely wrong! I myself have fasted for 21 days straight; water and supplements only. And I practice Intermittent fasting. Read Dr. Jason Fung's books; The Obesity Code and The Diabetes Code. Your glucose goes down, metabolism goes UP , energy goes UP, weight drops off, and after about the 3rd day, you're not even hungry anymore. The record of fasting under doctors' care is 284 days or something close to that. Water only and vitamins. No ill effects and he's kept it off.

    I used to be very insecure I always said that I'm gonna start fasting nw but I never actually did it, I remember watching this video and a couple of other then I decided I'm gonna do it the first three days were horrible but I wanted to keep going on the fifth day I got this bubbly happy feeling I I didn't feel hungry the seventh day I wanted to stop but I felt like I can keep going so I went for 15 days with no food I lost 20lbs I felt so much better after and happy I could finally be a confident, so thank you for inspiring me xx
