    Pro Tip: Put the potatoes/veggies IN with the chicken and they'll all be done the same time. If you want to avoid mixing flavors, season the veggies and wrap them in foil, toss in with the chicken and they'll steam in their own juices.

    Some of the BEST seasoning is NATURAL herbs (sold in the produce area), onions, peppers, salt...all flavor!

    Yo brix you can cut the potatoes up in the slow cooker if you cut them into quarters and they will be soft and ready when your chicken gets done. It may save you some time. Great video fam!

    You could've put the potatoes in with the chicken in the crock pot it'll all cook together. Veggies to for about 45mins (since it is technically cooked already)😊😊😊

    Garlic powder and onion powder don't have any salt in it. You should try flavorgod seasonings. They are great with no or very lil salt.

    I just tearned 17 and im at 250lb i want to lose at least 60 pounds in a year and gain muscle as well my parents havw startwd hellping me and so far its been good more confidence, better attitude, removed bad hobbies, and better mind overall. For any body who wants to lose weight and think yall should try meal prep to lose weight even though i havent seen a ton of results i can tell that im going in a good direction.
