So much negativity written and you still heart all comments. That truly shows you are an awesome person. I don't care that you put the rice on top or if it's an old recipe. Some of those old Campbell's recipes are amazing. Just thank you for posting this :)

Please always put those aluminum pans on a cookiesheet. I got third degree burns when one collapsed as I took it out of the oven two years ago.

We don't measure nothing! That's the same way our grandparents did it, and somehow it always seems to be seasoned just right!😂🤣😭

Lol I love how us black folks measure seasonings by sight...that looks about right.

Can I give you a helpful tip... mix your seasonings in the broth first .. lay the rice in the pan then pour broth in. Lay chicken in and give a light dusting of seasonings on any chicken that's above the broth. Also to cut cooking time tent it with foil. That will keep the chicken from drying out. I'm the cook in my whole family and I'm use to cooking large meals.

You're rinsing the rice to get the starch off of it. My sister-in-law who was Cuban taught me that one years ago. Rinse till water is clear. 😁

I LOVE FOOD and I love watching cooking channels. I always wash my rice before cooking it.

I'm 25 just now finding you all's video. Cooking some greens and dressing this just made me want to spice up my baked chicken for dinner. Bless yall hearts and continue to bless those hands. Be back to tell you if it worked.💗

Good Job....what I do is bake my chicken first about half way, I season it and bake it on top of a bed of onions and celery. Once my chicken is half done I drain the stock into a measuring cup, clean my rice and add the rice into the pan with my chicken, add the right amount of chicken stock to my already made stock and pour in the pan with the rice and chicken and then I finish baking. The reason I bake the chicken first is because if you add the stock first you'll wash away the seasoning on the chicken. So bake it first to keep the seasoning in tact.

Instead of putting the rice on top and do extra work i would put the rice first and then put chicken on top

Never cook in foil it's not good for you.
