    Can I get a round of applause for my boy Brix right here !! This video is so on point... I've simply added walking to town of a weekend instead of using the car, 3.4 miles round trip (5.4 kilometres), to help with my fat loss & it's helped so much.. on the days I fall off my food & hit that junk, the walking helps me at least maintain, rather than put on weight... salute bruh..

    People, stop taking sleep for granted! If you can get 8 or 9 hours of quality sleep, do it! It makes life so much easier. I suffer from chronic insomnia and have been taking sleep drugs for years. Although i generally get 7 hrs of sleep, they are usually not restful. I can tell when it wasnt restful because i wake up in the middle of the night and when its time to get up i feel like the walking dead! I also battle weight issues and i know the lack of quality sleep plays a part in that. Quality sleep - love it, embrace it, do it! I would do just about anything if i could.

    I hate to bring up race. But, it's funny how all the white guys have over 1 million subscribes while all the black guys have close to a quarter of the subscribers but say the same things.     I personally take 15 minute naps after I work out. It works wonders after a nice shower and small protein shake. Wake up with a lot of energy for the rest of the day.
